I couldn't be happier with my experience with Home Builder Blinds! Mike, the owner, was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful from the very beginning. I called on a Sunday night because I had absolutely no idea how to measure my blinds or properly measure the window frame, and I honestly expected to have to figure it out on my own. Instead, Mike took the time to personally walk me through the entire process over the phone and made sure I understood exactly what I needed to do. What impressed me most was that I was actually speaking with the owner himself. It was incredible to see how much he genuinely cares about his business and, more importantly, his customers. He made what felt like an intimidating ordering process completely manageable and helped me feel confident ordering through the website. When the blinds arrived, they were beautifully packaged, excellent quality, and very reasonably priced. The entire experience—from ordering to delivery—was fantastic, but the customer service really stood out. Mike was professional, personable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I am extremely satisfied with these blinds and with Home Builder Blinds. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality blinds and exceptional customer service!
