Important: Double-Check Your Measurements

Before placing your order, please verify:

  • You selected the correct measurement type (Blind Measurement vs Window Measurement)
  • All dimensions are accurate to the nearest 1/8 inch
  • Mount type is correct (Inside Mount vs Outside Mount)
  • Color and finish selections match your preferences

Return Policy Limits:

Due to the custom nature of our products, we can only process returns for a maximum of 10 blinds per order. For larger orders with measurement errors, please contact us immediately after delivery to discuss options.

We'll remake your window treatments for free if you make a measuring or ordering mistake. Guaranteed.

90-Day Return Policy

Most of our blinds and shades are custom-made to your measurements. Within 90 days of delivery you may return eligible items for a refund when they are defective, damaged in shipping, or not as described. Preference changes (for example color or style after delivery) are not covered by standard returns — use Fit Assurance below for measuring or ordering mistakes.

Return Conditions:

  • Request a return authorization within 90 days of delivery
  • Products must be in unused, resalable condition when returned for a refund
  • Original packaging preferred but not required
  • Custom-made products are not eligible for standard returns solely for preference or buyer's remorse
  • Return shipping: if we made an error or the product is defective/damaged, we provide a prepaid return label. For all other approved returns, you pay return shipping.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Customer Service

    Call or email our customer service team to initiate your return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization

    We'll provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

  3. Package Your Return

    Securely package the items in their original packaging if possible.

  4. Ship Your Return

    Send the items back using the shipping method provided in your return instructions.

  5. Refund Processing

    After we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
