Important: Double-Check Your Measurements

Before placing your order, please verify:

  • You selected the correct measurement type (Blind Measurement vs Window Measurement)
  • All dimensions are accurate to the nearest 1/8 inch
  • Mount type is correct (Inside Mount vs Outside Mount)
  • Color and finish selections match your preferences

Return Policy Limits:

Due to the custom nature of our products, we can only process returns for a maximum of 10 blinds per order. For larger orders with measurement errors, please contact us immediately after delivery to discuss options.

30-Day Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be in original condition
  • Original packaging preferred but not required
  • Custom-made products cannot be returned for preference reasons
  • Return shipping fees may apply
