Get Home Builder Blinds L.L.C. approved in your property-management portal — AppFolio, Revyse, VendorCafe/Yardi, RealPage/OpsMerchant, or whatever system your ownership group requires.

How to start

  1. Invite us in your portal — search for Home Builder Blinds L.L.C. or send the onboarding invitation to info@homebuilderblinds.com.
  2. Include your property list — community names, unit count, and your approved blind spec (vertical, faux wood, vinyl mini sizes).
  3. We return completed forms — W-9, COI, EFT, and any client-specific compliance within 1–2 business days.
  4. Order after approval — commercial storefront, OpsMerchant punch-out, or your PM invoicing workflow.

VendorCafe & Yardi

Yardi-based ownership groups and third-party managers often route vendor onboarding through VendorCafe.

  • Complete W-9, COI, EFT, category, and compliance steps in your client profile
  • Invite or search for Home Builder Blinds L.L.C. when adding a window-treatment vendor
  • Yardi Procure-to-Pay and invoice upload workflows supported after approval

RealPage & OpsMerchant

RealPage clients can credential us for punch-out ordering through OpsMerchant.

AppFolio

We complete AppFolio vendor onboarding when your portfolio requires it.

  • We return W-9, insurance certificates, and banking details your AP team requests
  • List stocked turnover SKUs in your internal spec after approval

Revyse

Ownership groups using Revyse for vendor risk and compliance can onboard us there.

  • Accept your Revyse invitation and complete the compliance questionnaire
  • Upload COI, W-9, and any client-specific safety or insurance attestations
  • Fast-track for apartment turnover and multifamily renovation vendors

  • We work with client-specific portals, PDF packets, and direct AP onboarding
  • Email your vendor packet — we fill out forms and return signed documents
  • No extra charge for standard credentialing; turnaround typically 1–2 business days
