How to start

  2. 2Include your property list — community names, unit count, and your approved blind spec (vertical, faux wood, vinyl mini sizes).
  3. 3We return completed forms — W-9, COI, EFT, and any client-specific compliance within 1–2 business days.
  4. 4Order after approval — commercial storefront, OpsMerchant punch-out, or your PM invoicing workflow.

Is there a fee for credentialing?
No charge for standard credentialing. Unusual third-party compliance products may require a separate discussion if the ownership group mandates them.
Can we order before credentialing is finished?
Urgent DFW turns can often start with a commercial account and standard invoicing while portal approval finishes. Punch-out catalogs require the RealPage/OpsMerchant configuration to be live first.
