How to order

How to Request a Church Quote

Email the openings and your tax-exemption certificate. We write a custom quote with sales tax removed, then cut and ship. This is a project quote — classrooms, offices, fellowship halls, and sanctuary glass are priced together for your building.

01

Email the openings

Send the church name, a contact, and the rooms you want covered — classrooms, offices, nursery, fellowship hall, and sanctuary. Include widths and heights, or photos of each opening.

02

Attach your exemption certificate

Include the state tax-exemption certificate with the email. We match the shipping address to the state on the certificate before sales tax comes off the quote.

03

We write a custom quote

We spec each room — cordless vinyl or faux wood for classrooms and offices, rollers where glare or projection matters — and send a formal quote with sales tax removed.

04

Approve and we fulfill

You approve the quote. We cut to those sizes and ship free nationwide. In Dallas–Fort Worth we can measure on site and install.

What to include in the email

  • Church name and the address where the blinds will ship
  • Contact name, phone, and email
  • Tax-exemption certificate for the shipping state
  • Room list with a window count for each room
  • Width and height of each opening, or photos with a tape measure
  • Inside or outside mount, if you already know it
  • Color — most churches stay with white

How tax exemption is applied

Where the law requires it, an order is taxed until we have your exemption on file. Send the certificate with the project email. We confirm it, then the quote is written with sales tax removed.

The shipping ZIP code has to match the state on the certificate. If the ship-to state and the certificate state differ, sales tax stays on that quote.

Product ships nationwide from Texas. Professional measure and install are available in Dallas–Fort Worth.
